No, you will not be charged. You will only be charged on this product if you decide to purchase the product once it is back in stock. However, when you do sign up for a 'back in stock alert/waiting list alert', you will be added to our product alerts mailing list. Delivery & Orders

All of our orders will arrive in one of our resealable delivery bags made of 100% recycled plastic in various sizes.

Home delivery and Hub box delivery options available at checkout.

Standard Delivery: 3-5 Working Days* - a signature may be required.

Express Delivery: Next Working Day, Monday to Friday when ordered by 5pm*. Orders made after this time will processed the following day and delivered the day after.

Saturday Service: £7.00
For Saturday service order by 4pm for next day delivery*. Orders made after this time will delivered the next working day.

To be eligible for express delivery, please ensure your order is made by 5pm, Monday - Friday*. Any time after this or during weekends, your order will be processed the next working day and delivered the following day.

You can stay one step head and keep track of any order your make with us. A tracking order number will be provided within your shipment confirmation email. If you have any further questions on your tracking number contact us here.

Returns & Faulty Items

We offer two free returns methods. For those who wish to return their items for a refund please ensure you send your items back within 14 days of receipt. To find out more click here.

Product

During the design process of our ranges, we always like to make sure our products are as versatile as you.

Most of our products are machine & delicate washable at 30, unless stated otherwise. Please also check product information online and your care label.

Knitwear: when storing knitwear, please ensure this is folded and stored in a cool, dry place. 

Authentic Denim: due to authentic nature of dyed denim please avoid contact with light coloured fabric, upholstery and leather as colour may transfer.
